Delete your account and associated data.

Immediate deletion in the app

Open Profile → Account → Delete Account. After confirming with `SIL` or `DELETE`, the account and associated data are removed. A minimal audit receipt containing an irreversible email hash and deletion time may be retained while necessary.

Request deletion on the web

Email us from the address registered to your account. The link below prepares the required subject line for you. Never send your password, dream text, or identity documents by email.

What is deleted?

• Account and session data
• Dreams, interpretations, chats, symbols, and reports
• Personal memories and birth profile
• Dreamletter-side subscription and entitlement links

Timing and subscriptions

Requests are completed as soon as possible and, for KVKK requests, within 30 days at the latest. You may need to cancel an active subscription separately through Google Play subscriptions.
